The Conference Magazine is an approximately 200 page, full colour magazine which is dispatched to Conference attendees in August.
The print run is at least 10,000. The Conference Magazine contains editorial, fringe and exhibition listings and is an essential guide for anyone attending Conference. Samples of last year’s magazine are available from Conference Services.

Digital Advertising Screens
Running on screens around the Exhibition Hall, on stands, in high footfall areas and within the lounges. When main hall isn't in session, these screens will show rolling adverts.

Loose inserts are available in A5 or DL size, 2pp, as insert only, or print and insert, to go with the Conference Magazine which is mailed out to all delegates and visitors in August.

Lead retrieval
Lead retrieval allows you to capture the details of people who visit your stand or attend your fringe event. We will issue you with a small handheld scanner to scan the barcodes on guest’s badges. A list of all scanned barcodes with names and email addresses will be sent to you post event. This service allows you to follow up post event and to effectively monitor results.

Conference App
Launched in 2011, our smartphone app for iPhone, Android, and Windows was a first for any political party in the UK. With over 15,000 unique users in 2023, the app provides attendees with all the information they need about Conference. It allows attendees to create a personalised agenda of key speeches, debates, and fringe meetings. It also contains a map of the venues, internal and external, and a list of local restaurants.
Advertising on the app also includes an advert on the online version of the app, which had over 1 million hits in 2023.

Distribution Zone
The Distribution Zone is an opportunity for you to promote a campaign or your organisation, by booking a slot in the Conference Zone. The Distribution Zone is perfectly positioned for high exposure, maximum footfall and one of the first things you see as you enter the site.
No distribution of materials is permitted outside of the distribution zone. Multiple slots may qualify for discounts, so please do enquire.
